The United States lost a tanker airplane over the English Channel.

According to the Avia.pro website, the tanker aircraft disappeared from the radars of air traffic controllers tonight, while transmitting a distress signal. Nevertheless, a few minutes later, the plane reappeared on the radars of the dispatchers, and after some time successfully landed in Mildenhall.

The disappearance of the aircraft caused a lot of questions, and there were even more of them when the aircraft reached its destination at the British Air Force military base. The pilots claim that they did not broadcast the distress messages, but they confirmed that technical problems were on board.
