The cause of the crash of the training aircraft L-39 in Ukraine could be a pilot error.

On the eve of the day, in the area of ​​the Ukrainian city of Starokonstantinov, the military training aircraft L-39 crashed, resulting in the death of two people aboard. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine so far refuses to comment on the causes and circumstances of the tragedy, however, experts say that the piloting error was most likely to blame because the pilots did not even attempt to eject.
