At the Kyrgyz airport in Osh, unidentified persons wearing masks attacked passengers.

Five unknown people broke into the hall of high comfort of Osh airport, after which they robbed passengers. Unknown persons were armed with Kalashnikov assault rifles, and after the robbery they took one of the passengers hostage and escaped by car in an unknown direction.

The exact amount of valuables stolen from passengers has not yet been established, but according to preliminary opinions, the amount stolen may reach several hundred thousand dollars, which indicates the purposefulness of the attack. It is assumed that unknown persons have an accomplice who transmitted all the necessary information about the passengers who were robbed.

As it became known at the airport, none of the passengers were seriously injured, but the airport was immediately suspended, which in turn caused the cancellation of flights. Kyrgyz state law enforcement agencies have already begun investigating the incident, but there is no information on the progress at this time.
