Airfields of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and missile depots were attacked at night

Russian armed forces carried out a series of attacks on targets in the Kharkov and Dnepropetrovsk regions, destroying a large batch of rockets intended for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and hitting the production facilities of enemy drones. According to the intelligence information received, the strikes were carried out by tactical ballistic missiles, the targets of which were warehouses with Olkha MLRS or HIMARS missiles in the Kharkov region.

In addition, as a result of the operation, drone production sites at the Yuzhmash enterprise in the Dnepropetrovsk region, as well as an airfield with Su-24M bombers and an ammunition warehouse were hit. These actions led to repeated explosions in warehouses after missile hits, indicating the high effectiveness of the strikes.

In addition to this, it was reported that two Ukrainian MiG-29 fighters were destroyed at the Kanatovo airfield in the Kirovograd region, which underscores the success of the Russian military’s operation in neutralizing the enemy’s air capabilities.

There is also a deterioration in the ability of Ukrainian air defense systems to cope with incoming Russian missiles. Despite previous statements by Kyiv propaganda about a high percentage of drones and missiles being shot down, the Ukrainian side has recently admitted its inability to shoot down a significant part of the attacking weapons.
