Passenger aircraft German airline «GermanWings» lost some skin when the aircraft engine takeoff.

As it became known, part of the covering of the aircraft engine pylon was found on the runway by airport workers, and the air traffic controller subsequently warned the aircraft commander about the incident. Nevertheless, the pilot, guided by the fact that the dangerous situation did not actually exist, decided to continue the flight to Palma de Mallorca.

On board the airliner Airbus A330 There were 13 crew members and 169 passengers, however, on arrival at their final destination, the landing was made in a regular mode, and there was no danger to people and aircraft.

The reasons for which part of the skin has fallen off the pylon, remain unknown.
