American F-22 fighters escorted the American Airlines passenger liner.

Despite the fact that representatives of the American carrier "American Airlines" preferred not to comment on this incident, it became known from reliable sources that during a flight from Los Angeles to Honolulu, one of the passengers tried to enter the cockpit, which makes it logical suggest that there were fears that the man intended to hijack a passenger liner.

According to preliminary information, the man who was later detained by the police officers turned out to be a Turkish citizen, however, the circumstances under which he intended to enter the cockpit remain unknown.
