Passengers of an American airline were kept in a cold plane for more than 12 hours.

The passenger liner of the American air carrier Delta Airlines was supposed to fly to Los Angeles, however, due to adverse weather conditions, the operator delayed the flight, waiting for the actual weather to take off. Later it became known that the crew of the aircraft refused to release passengers from the flight, reporting that preparations were already underway for takeoff, and only after a 12-hour delay, hundreds of citizens were finally allowed to leave the aircraft.

The incident ended for the American air carrier Delta Airlines with another scandal, since in fact, almost two hundred passengers on board the aircraft were unable to leave their seats, while the air temperature in the cabin did not exceed 15 degrees. Initially, the carrier even forbade citizens to go to the toilet, however, after the crew was threatened with litigation, visiting the toilet was still allowed.

The carrier, in turn, announced that it compensated the passengers for all moral damage caused by paying $ 100 to each of them, however, some of the airline's customers declared their readiness to go to court, since the rights and freedoms of citizens were violated.
