The Pentagon is ready to abandon the use of strategic bombers B-52.

Currently, the operation of these strategic bombers costs US budget in a very large sum, to the same, given the improvement of Russia's defense capability already in 2025, the use of these aircraft would be ineffective, because they simply can not overcome the defense system of the Russian Federation.

Such a statement may suggest the fact that in the near future the number of B-52 bombers in service with the US can be greatly reduced, however, it is possible that in the near future new and more advanced aircraft of this type may appear.
