Peskov did not confirm information about the use of Starlink terminals by the Russian military

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov commented on reports about the possible use of Starlink terminals by the Russian military, leaving the question without a direct answer. Peskov stressed that Russia does not intend to interfere in the discussion between Ukraine and the founder of SpaceX, Elon Musk. These comments followed Musk's statement that his company does not sell Starlink terminals to Russia, clarifying that the system is not certified in Russia and therefore cannot be officially supplied and used in the country.

Peskov's statement reflects the Kremlin's reluctance to go into detail about the technical and commercial aspects of using the Starlink network, which provides access to high-speed Internet via satellite communications. The Starlink system, developed by SpaceX, is widely used in various regions of the world, including armed conflict zones, where it can provide critical communications.

Previously, the Ukrainian side confirmed the use of Starlink terminals by the Russian military.
