The pilots of the strategic bomber-missile carrier Tu-160 have completed refueling in the air.

In the framework of the exercises, pilots of the Russian strategic supersonic bomber-missile carrier Tu-160 had to demonstrate almost jewelry control of a huge airplane. In fact, as part of the training, the Tu-160 bomber pilots practiced one of the most complex maneuvers - refueling in the air, where the pilots had to demonstrate the art of controlling the aircraft, since even a small mistake in this case can lead to irreparable consequences.

The video frames presented by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation clearly show what the process of refueling in the air is, while the military pilots managed to successfully achieve the assigned task, which once again emphasized their highest professionalism.

A key feature of refueling in the air is that, in order to replenish the fuel reserve in excess of 160 thousand liters, pilots are required to keep the aircraft in one position about 15 minutes without loosening or increasing the tension of the fuel hose.

It should be clarified that the Russian supersonic bombers missile carriers Tu-160 proved themselves well during the fighting in the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic, destroying the positions of Syrian terrorists and members of the terrorist group "Islamic State", whose activities are banned in the territory of the Russian Federation.
