Nevertheless, experts doubt that the interstate court on the fact of the plane crash of a Malaysian airliner in Ukraine will have any broad legal and legal possibilities, since, mainly, official evidence that the plane was shot down by a surface-to-air missile no, just as it was not possible to establish the perpetrators of the tragedy, which is why the expediency of adopting any punishment is absent, at least for the moment.
