CEO of loukostera "Victory" called for the abolition of fees for transportation of backpacks in hand luggage.

Avia.pro news agency has learned that the CEO of the domestic low-cost airlines are not against the abolition of charging for transport backpacks, however, as he himself points out, this decision is completely contrary to the federal aviation regulations, backpacks which are not classified as hand luggage.

Experts believe that if the Ministry of Transport will review federal aviation rules and will make the appropriate corrections, then the rights of passengers would be formally legalized, and a surcharge for passengers will be canceled.
