Airline "Victory" has proposed to limit the number of seats on board for the disabled.

According to the available resource Avia.pro, the leadership of the Russian low-budget air carrier "Pobeda" has expressed a proposal to limit the number of persons carrying physical disabilities on board at the legislative level. The carrier refers mainly to the fact that in the case of emergency on board, evacuating a large number of disabled people will be very difficult and problematic, however, experts believe that in reality, the company simply does not want to service such a category of citizens.
