Full similarity of two catastrophes: the flight recorders of the crashed Boeing 737 are decoded

The data of the black boxes showed the similarity of the disasters of the two "Boeing"

An initial analysis of the data of the black boxes of Ethiopian Airlines' Boeing 737 MAX 8, which crashed in Ethiopia, shows that they have similarities with the crash of the same Lion Air liner, which occurred in the autumn of 2018. This message was made by the Reuters news agency.

The representative of the Ministry of Transport of Ethiopia, Musa Yiheys, stated that the disasters in both cases occurred for the same reason. The official said that the flight recorder data has already been restored. They are verified by experts from Ethiopia and the United States. The ministry will be able to provide more complete information within three to four days.

The American side of the information provided by the representative of the Ministry of Ethiopia, has not yet been confirmed.

According to a source in Addis Ababa, the Boeing 737 MAX 8, literally right after it took off, recorded a very high speed.

A little earlier, experts from the French Bureau of Investigation and Analysis of the Safety of Civil Aviation deciphered data from the flight recorder of the liner crashed. The bureau staff did not listen to the audio files, but were immediately transferred to the Ethiopian specialists.

On March 15, it turned out that both of the crashed Boeing 737 MAX 8 had approximately the same features. So, the trimmer on the stabilizer (part of the tail assembly) of the Ethiopian Airlines liner was in an unintended position. It was the same that was present at the plane, which crashed in the fall.

Over the past five months, there have been two Boeing 737 MAX 8 disasters. In both cases, the fall of the aircraft occurred a few minutes after takeoff. When the liner crashed in Ethiopia on March 10th, 157 people died. These were citizens of 33 countries, three were Russians.
