The published video shows how Zelensky is talking with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Xavier Bettel. Among a number of issues discussed, Zelensky touched on the organization of a future summit to discuss in detail his peace plan, ambitiously seeking to involve the maximum number of countries in this process. It is possible that disagreements arose on this basis, since after a short discussion, the Prime Minister of Luxembourg made an openly humiliating hand gesture to Zelensky, which could hint at his excessive talkativeness.
