The cause of the crash of the Iranian aircraft could be the use of substandard spare parts.

Experts who investigate the plane crash do not exclude the possibility that the crash of an ATR-72 passenger plane last Sunday in the central part of Iran could be associated with poor-quality aircraft maintenance and repair. Experts believe that because of sanctions imposed by the US authorities, Iran could not buy original spare parts for used aircraft, and therefore, most likely bought spare parts already in service.

Official confirmation of this version has not yet received, but experts believe that it will be possible to draw appropriate conclusions only after decoding the flight recorders and detailed study of the disaster.

It should be clarified that as a result of the disaster that occurred on February 18, 2018, 66 people died, including 6 crew members and 60 passengers.
