During the discussion, the head of state emphasized that the main task now is to drive the enemy out of Russian territory, and then to ensure reliable cover of the state border.
Putin noted that the situation in the border regions requires special attention and urgent measures. He stressed that it is necessary to immediately restore control over all Russian territories that have come under attack and strengthen defenses on the border to prevent further invasion attempts. The President gave instructions to the military and security forces to act decisively and quickly.
According to the head of state, after the active phase of operations is completed and the enemy is ousted from Russian soil, the priority task will be to strengthen the protection of the state border.
