8 November 2013. The blizzard at the Norilsk airport caused delays in flights from Krasnoyarsk, Moscow and other Russian cities. All flights that did not arrive at the destination were moved to 9 November.

Alykel (Norilsk airport) was closed due to low visibility and heavy snowfall. The Norilsk-Alykel-Dudinka motor road was blocked by the authorities of the city for absolutely all types of transport. Three combined road machines were prepared for road cleaning.

Calculated opening of the airport in 18: 00 (14: 00 MSK), but this did not happen.
