11 October all planes arriving in Riga are redirected to the airports of Tallinn and Vilnius due to thick fog. Airports of the capitals have already landed from Tampere, Helsinki, Oslo and Bergen. Also, the flight from Riga to Stockholm was canceled. In total, 9 aircraft were redirected.

Closer to noon the situation improved and the fog dissipated. Aircraft begin to fly on schedule without delay.
