Russia signs century helicopter contract with China

Russia and China sign a helicopter "contract of the century"

In the near future (we are talking about a maximum of two months), Russia and China will sign a contract. It stipulates that the two countries will create a heavy helicopter capable of lifting cargo weighing about 15 tons.

This message was made by Viktor Kladov, Director of International Cooperation and Regional Policy at Rostec, at an air show in Bangalore, India. He noted that this is a joint development, production and sale of a new generation of heavy helicopter "Advanced Heavy Lifter". Kladov also clarified that the joint project was the result of four years of “tense negotiations”.

Speaking about the future car, the director stressed that the result of joint work will be a completely new helicopter. It will be more powerful than the American "Sikorsky", but will slightly yield to the Russian Mi-26.

Earlier, the head of "Helicopters of Russia" Andrei Boginsky at an exhibition in the Chinese city of Zhuhai announced the signing of the contract. This was in November 2018. Boginsky then clarified that the coordination of all the technical issues was left behind, only the resolution of financial issues was required.

The intergovernmental agreement to develop a heavy helicopter Russia and China signed in 2016 year. The document provides that the company "Helicopters of Russia" and the Chinese "Avicopter" create a promising heavy helicopter, and that its mass production will be organized in the PRC.

Now a little more about the declared at the air show in Bangalore, Viktor Kladov. He told that an intergovernmental agreement on the production of Kalashnikovs in India is currently being prepared. Sign it planning in the near future.

The representative of "Rostec" stressed that this project is big and serious.

Maybe even then we will send engineers to China, because we don’t need production and the next generation of designers in China are already taking place in the best educational institutions in the world, including Russia. And we almost sold the technology. Soon only on the show cartoons and prototypes will be able to do.

If you were interested in the personnel and demographic situation in our personnel space, you would probably notice a catastrophic shortage of not only qualified specialists, but just workers. And about "what Russia gets": remember which of our aircraft manufacturing corporations survived and was revived thanks to the contract with India, retained the same personnel, acquired equipment, trained a new generation, etc., etc. and paid and pays their salaries. Emotions, emotions, emotions ... or NOT ?! Before asking a question, think about what the answer might be - thereby the interlocutor will evaluate you (not I said).

here you are and put the language of revenge like a broom mishandled ukrokholop

selling technology cheap, can the Chinese // missiles theirs, probably ours too?

Again in China and India, thieving putosos open up high-tech jobs ?! you need to put all this greedy pack to the wall!

Just someone for this has already opened an account in the bank ...

Helicopters will be produced in China, i.e. technology and skilled jobs will be theirs. And what does Russia get? Or someone from the Russians? I would like to understand.
