The Russians named the main reasons for dissatisfaction with air travel.

A sociological survey conducted showed that the majority of citizens of the Russian Federation. resorting to the use of air transportation services, are satisfied with the quality of service, in particular, we are talking about 85% of the respondents. Russians dissatisfied with such services said that in the vast majority of cases, the negative is caused by inconvenient places (28%), flight delays (22%), poor-quality food (22%), high airfare (17%) and frequent loss of luggage (11 %).

Given this fact, air carriers should think about improving the quality of the services provided, especially since today, high competition is maintained in this area, however, experts quite rightly note that the satisfaction rate with the services provided (85%) is very good.

It should be clarified that in 2017, Russian airlines served a record number of passengers, breaking the mark of 100 million people.
