A resident of the Tyumen region had to return 600 rubles received for a signed contract with the Ministry of Defense for sending to a special military operation (SVO) zone. URA.ru reports this with reference to the joint press service of the regional courts.

The man was unable to go to the front due to mental health problems, as he was undergoing treatment at a psychoneurological dispensary. According to the publication, the contract was declared invalid, after which the Russian was asked to return the 600 “lift” rubles credited to his account. However, he was able to return only 000 rubles, and the fate of the rest of the amount remains unknown.

The court ordered a resident of the Tyumen region to return the remaining part of the payment to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation - almost 598 rubles. Regional authorities began making payments in the amount of 000 rubles for signing a contract for service in the Northern Military District zone on August 600.
