Russian air carriers were allowed to employ no more than 200 foreign pilots.

This kind of decision was signed Dmitriem Medvedevym on Wednesday, and according to him, foreign pilots hired to work in Russia are required to have a special certificate, recognized in the Russian Federation, have a total flight in 3000 hours and at least a raid in 500 hours as the commander of a passenger aircraft.

The new decree should settle the situation that arose in 2013, when, according to the official version, foreign pilots made a mistake, as a result of which a passenger airliner crashed in Kazan, as a result of which 50 people died, 44 of whom were presented as passengers.
