According to some reports, the reason for this could be changed plans, however, according to a number of other information - the lack of readiness for such a flight.

Earlier it was suggested that Russian strategic bombers could take part in striking the positions of terrorists in Idlib, after which the offensive operation of the Syrian government forces will begin.
