In the "MiG" said that artificial intelligence has become the main requirement for the new fighter

As follows from the message of the General Director of RAC MiG JSC Ilya Tarasenko, said during an interview with the Zvezda TV channel at the Army-2019 forum on Wednesday, 26 June, the main requirement that should be met by developing an aircraft that can be attributed to the sixth generation - this is artificial intelligence.

Tarasenko said that, according to his assumption, this is the main component that should be incorporated into the future car.

“Range and other characteristics are already applied.”- said the general director, telling how the decision on the aircraft design will be made.

Somewhat earlier, the head of the KLA, Yuri Slusar, also made a statement to the Zvezda TV channel at the same forum regarding the development of requirements for an aircraft belonging to the sixth generation. He clarified that work is currently underway to create new engines, more advanced materials and other solutions. Slyusar also stressed that the new machine will largely be a flying computer.

The Army-2019 Forum, which opened on June 25, will run until June 30. The venue is the Patriot Convention and Exhibition Center in the Moscow Region. The exhibitions will also take place in a number of other Russian cities. It is assumed that 27 enterprises and organizations will participate in the forum on Russian territory. They will present more than XNUMX thousand technologies and samples products.
