Russian experts gave a positive assessment to one of the terminals of Cairo airport.

According to the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, as part of the inspection, a positive evaluation was given to one of the terminals of Cairo Airport, which in turn may indicate a resumption of air traffic between the two countries. According to specialists, the Ministry of Transport refused to answer the question about whether it will give a recommendation on the beginning of the resumption of flights to Egypt, however, previously the resource Avia.pro already reported that flights between the two countries are unlikely to begin earlier than next spring.

It should be clarified that at the end of 2015, because of the terrorist attack that took place on board the Russian aircraft, it was decided to stop flying to Egypt.
