Russian strategic bombers can turn into private aircraft.

Information about this was presented by foreign news agencies, which point to the fact that after the implementation of the PAK DA project by Russian aircraft manufacturers, the need to operate missile-carrying bombers will disappear by itself, which is why it is assumed that Tu-160 aircraft can be converted for private use ... Earlier, foreign companies have already turned to Russian aircraft manufacturers with a request to create a private supersonic business jet on the basis of a strategic bomber-missile carrier, however, due to a number of reasons, this was refused.

On the other hand, it is possible that due to a number of features and unique design of the aircraft used for military purposes, the implementation of a civilian aircraft would simply not be feasible, from the point of view of national security.
