The Russian military began to use drones equipped with "anti-personnel meat grinders" in the zone of the NMD

Unmanned aerial vehicles, to destroy the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, began to be equipped with anti-personnel mines MON-50 and MON-90.

At the moment, it is known that instead of the usual ammunition dropped and detonating in a collision with a target, the Russian military and volunteers have begun to install anti-personnel mines of directed destruction on FPV drones. The latter are often called "anti-personnel meat grinders" due to the fact that when they enter the defeat funnel, any target is guaranteed to be hit. However, unlike conventional ammunition, such mines are designed specifically to deal not with single targets, but with entire units.

This is far from the first use of drones with anti-personnel mines. In particular, last summer the Armed Forces of Ukraine demonstrated the use of a multicopter equipped with MON-100 mines.

Due to the presence of a large number of ammunition of this type, the use of MON-50 and MON-90 mines makes it possible to effectively destroy unarmored vehicles and enemy personnel at distances up to one and a half hundred meters.
