Syrian militants shot down a Russian drone.

On the eve of the day, the Russian military lost in Syria reconnaissance drone Orlan-10. As follows from the information at the disposal of the Avia.pro resource, the Russian unmanned aerial vehicle carried out an observation mission in the rural areas of the Syrian province of Hama, but was spotted by militants and shot down.

Despite the fact that there were no official confirmations of the destruction of the Russian military drone at the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the militants who shot down the drone published a photo in which you can actually find out the Russian UAV Orlan-10. According to the damage received by the drone, it can be assumed that it was destroyed from automatic small arms, but no comments on this score were received from the militants themselves.

Earlier it was reported that Russia provides its unmanned aerial vehicles to the Syrian government forces to coordinate artillery shelling, in this connection, the Russian drone could well have been destroyed.
