Russia intends to launch 24 cruise missiles on terrorists in Idlib, if the latter do not capitulate.

At the moment, there are 3 Russian warships off the coast of Syria, each armed with 8 Caliber cruise missiles, which are supposed to be fired at militants actively trying to advance on the southern and eastern fronts of Idlib province. It is known that all three Russian warships are indeed armed with missiles  «Caliber ”and intend to release them, however, according to the Telegram-community“ Operation Line ”, as part of the exercises.

According to some reports, the Caliber cruise missile strike is envisaged either in the case of the start of a large-scale military operation by terrorists, or in case the latter refuse to surrender.

Moreover, it is reported that the airspace over Idlib, Latakia, Hama and Aleppo will be closed until March 8, 2020, which, obviously, may be associated with the planned launches of cruise missiles.

The Russian side has not yet commented on the arrival of two Russian warships in the eastern Mediterranean, however, it was previously reported that Russia is categorically against the militants and will continue to support the Syrian army, regardless of how other countries relate to this.
