The incident occurred in the state of Maryland, during the next regular flight. It is noted that immediately after takeoff, the aircraft commander discovered that there had been some malfunctions with the chassis system, which is why he requested an emergency landing. After landing was allowed, the aircraft still produced fuel for about 3 hours, after which it landed without any consequences.

None of those on board 140 people without regard to the crew members was injured and the causes themselves of the incident are being investigated.
