The passenger airliner nearly collided with two MiG-31 fighters.
At the disposal of Fontanka.Ru, the bulletin of the Federal Agency of Air Transport (Rosaviatsia) appeared, according to which, at the end of August of this year, the Bombardier CRJ-200 passenger airliner owned by the carrier YuVT-Aero almost fell victim to two fighter jets of the Russian Air Force.
It is reported that the passenger aircraft completed the flight and had to land at Perm airport, but in the process of descending, two supersonic MiG-31 fighters made a taxiway runway, as a result of which the crew had to urgently set the height and leave for second round. It is reported that the crews of combat aircraft made an alarm flight at night, however, for what reasons the dispatcher did not warn the crew members of the passenger aircraft about the existing danger, so far remains unknown.
Moreover, the publication reports that on August 22, 2018, a similar incident occurred with the passenger airliner Airbus A320 of the Aeroflot airline, the crew of which was forced to interrupt acceleration along the runway and stop takeoff due to a fighter taxiing in the opposite direction MiG-31.
