Six helicopters AS 332 Super Puma will buy the Ministry of Defense of Bolivia

20 January 2014. The Ministry of Defense of Bolivia and Airbus Helicopters have signed a contract under which six AS-332C1e Super Puma multipurpose helicopters will be delivered to the country's air forces. The contract was signed at 17 January 2014

Under the terms of the signed agreement, two helicopters will arrive at the Bolivia airbase at the end of 2014, the last four - by the end of 2015. The cost also includes training 80-th pilots and technicians of Bolivia. Use helicopters will only be to eliminate any consequences of natural disasters and to combat drug trafficking.

As of today, AS332 does not have helicopters in Bolivia's airspace. All flights are performed on 16 helicopters UH-1H and on 2-x helicopters AS350B3 Ecureuil. Prepare pilots R44 Raven II.
