Immediately, several Russian ministries came up with the initiative to raise fines for various types of hooliganism on board aircraft, in particular, if today the fine amounts to 4 thousand rubles, then in the near future, for disobedience to the aircraft commander, or for petty hooliganism lay out to 50 thousand rubles.

Experts believe that this approach is the most rational in trying to minimize the number of cases of hooliganism in air transport, while the main purpose of increasing fines is not to impose taxes on them, but to prevent cases of debauchery.

A new policy in this regard can be adopted before the end of this year.
