Syrian air defense systems C-300 activated and brought to full combat readiness.

According to satellite imagery taken at the deployment site of the Syrian S-300 “Favorit” air defense missile system near Massiaf, the Syrian military has already activated these air defense systems and brought them to full combat readiness. This was done at least a month ago, while a real base was being set up at the location of the anti-aircraft missile systems.

As can be seen in satellite images taken on May 26, 2019, the Syrian S-300 Favorit air defense systems are in an activated state - the missiles placed on the launchers are located in a vertical position, which, accordingly, allows us to assert that these air defense systems are ready attack enemy aircraft, as well as protect the territory of the Arab Republic from attacks by cruise and ballistic missiles.

It is noteworthy that until now, no official comments on this matter have been received either from the Syrian or from the Russian military, although not long before that it was reported that Syrian officers had completed training in working with the S-300 and had already been sent to Syria. ...
