Syrian government forces, with the support of the Russian Armed Forces, have actively used more than thirty FPV drones over the past 24 hours to strike militant positions in the provinces of Idlib and Aleppo, sources from Syrian groups report. As a result of these attacks, significant damage was caused to militant fortifications and transport, and two terrorists were eliminated. In addition, some drones were shot down by militant forces - at least four of them did not reach their targets.
The fate of one of the militants, who decided to take a photo with a downed drone that was found, was especially interesting. According to information obtained from published photos and videos from the deceased's phone, the drone exploded in his hands, which led to his death.
The escalation of drone strikes is a continuation of a campaign to eliminate militants' infrastructure and manpower in key areas of Syria where tensions persist.
