The Rybar military analytical center presented an overview of the current situation in the Kursk region as of 13:00. According to most sources and official reports, no military clashes have been recorded at the moment in the Belovsky and neighboring Oboyansky districts. However, tension remains due to the threat of shelling and possible ground attacks from Ukrainian forces.

In this regard, the planned voluntary evacuation of the population from areas under threat of shelling continues. Residents of border settlements are leaving their homes, following the recommendations of the authorities and security forces. The evacuation is carried out in conditions of increased danger caused by constant attacks from the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Last night, Ukrainian formations launched drones and missiles across the territory of the Kursk region. As a result of the shelling of the administrative center of Kursk, one of the downed munitions hit a residential building in the Zheleznodorozhny District. A fire broke out at the scene of the incident and at least 15 people were injured. The victims were promptly evacuated and taken to city hospitals, where they received the necessary medical care.
