The Bellingcat experts have identified the key figure behind the destruction of the MH-17 flight.

As follows from the statement made, an independent investigation conducted indicates the fact that the operation to destroy the Malaysian passenger liner Boeing 777 was led by now retired Colonel-General Nikolai Tkachev. Nevertheless, there were no weighty arguments on this score, especially since Nikolay Tkachev himself was dismissed from the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2010.

It should be clarified that the experts from the Netherlands promised to consider the data presented, but given the absence of any evidence, most likely, the independent investigation conducted has nothing to do with reality.
