US intelligence agencies record growth factors terrorist threats to air transport

The US intelligence services recorded an increase in the likelihood of terrorist attacks.

By now, it became known that only last week the US special services received more than 50 false notifications about explosive devices located either at airports or directly on aircraft. All this has definitely changed the timetable for a number of flights and airport operations, but according to some sources, due to the sharp deterioration of the situation, the likelihood of terrorist acts in US passenger airliners and airports has increased.

The first threats began to arrive to American air carriers as early as 17 January, and the last officially registered incident occurred on 26 January. The authorities of the country do not exclude the possibility that in the near future there will be a strengthening of security in airports and air transport.
