The US and South Korea will hold exercises using 230 aircraft

The United States and South Korea will conduct military exercises involving 230 aircraft.

As the Chinese media testify, the use of so many aircraft in the ongoing military exercises can provoke the leader of the DPRK Kim Chong Yong to unleash World War III, in connection with which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC urges the United States and South Korea to restraint. Among other things, the Chinese authorities also noted the inadmissibility of conducting military exercises on its territory, and any illegal crossing of the country's airspace will be assessed as aggression.

Independent experts do not rule out that the exercises themselves can be an attempt to test attacks on the territory of the DPRK, but the probability that the US intends to launch military operations against the DPRK still remains very low.
