The US Secretary of State accused Russia of defending Venezuela.

The United States Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, making a public statement, accused Russia of “hypocritical” defense of Venezuela. According to Pompeo, with the advent of Russia in Venezuela, the situation in this Latin American state worsened even more, in connection with which, the US Secretary General called for action.

“We should not allow Russia to aggravate the already dangerous situation in this country”- said Pompeo.

Among other things, Mike Pompeo said that the “financial interventions” of Russia and China caused the crisis situation in Venezuela, in connection with which he called for “to end this problem”.

According to previously reported information, Russia and China are building their military bases on Venezuelan territory, which may be one of the most important reasons why the United States of America still cannot send its military to Venezuela, but Russia denied this information, which, however , does not exclude the possibility that a similar goal is pursued in the PRC - the Chinese military who arrived in Venezuela a few weeks ago are still here.
