The airline "EgyptAir" will start flights between Cairo and Moscow from 12 April.

A few days earlier, the information and news agency Avia.pro reported that, according to the sources, the renewed air communication between Russia and Egypt is scheduled for 18 March. However, on the eve of the day there were reports that the Egyptian air carrier "EgyptAir" opens regular flights between Moscow and Cairo only from 12 April.

According to official data, the Egyptian airline will fly on the route Cairo - Moscow with a frequency of three times a week - on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

As for the Aeroflot airline, the flights of the domestic air operator between Moscow and Cairo will begin on April 11, and the flights will also be operated three times a week - on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

It is necessary to clarify that the air communication between Russia and Egypt was interrupted in 2015, after the air crash on the Sinai Peninsula.
