Having considered all the arguments, the representatives of the court decided on the need to pardon the driver of the snowplow, with which the airplane of the head of the Total company collided, which, among other things, provides for the removal and conviction. In addition to Vladimir Martynenko, the court also decided to amnesty the engineer of the airport service Vladimir Ledenev, with the result that there are three people on the dock at the moment.
