The court ordered Siberia Airlines to lift restrictions on free baggage transportation.

As part of the trial, it was established that the rules of one of the fares of Siberia Airlines are illegal, and as a result, it was decided to cancel the restrictions on free baggage transportation, which are not provided for by law. In fact, the airline's innovation is in contradiction with the requirements of the air legislation of the Russian Federation, however, such an approach is likely to create problems only for passengers who could pretty much save on flights performed without baggage.

So far, no official comments on this matter have been received from representatives of the domestic air carrier.
