The Moscow Arbitration Court denied Aeroflot airline in collecting 576 million rubles from the Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company.

As part of the trial, the court was forced to rule that the claims of the domestic air carrier Aeroflot were unreasonable, and therefore the collection of an amount of 576 million rubles from the Sukhoi Civil Aircraft company was refused. It should be clarified that the main reason for the litigation was Aeroflot's demands for subsidies from the federal budget when paying lease payments for Sukhoi SuperJet 100 aircraft.

It is necessary to clarify the fact that today the company "Aeroflot" is the largest operator of passenger airliners SSJ-100.
