The court closed the criminal case on the death of a child who had fallen from the ladder.

The Moscow District Court decided to stop the proceedings in a criminal case instituted on the death of a girl who fell from a ladder at the Pulkovo airport. As follows from the information at the disposal of the information and news agency Avia.pro, such a decision was made on the basis of the application of each of the parties.

Any official comments on this fact are not yet available, however, it is important to recall that in September of the previous year, when landing from an airplane that arrived at the Pulkovo airport, the ladder collapsed, as a result of which a young child was killed and his mother was given various kinds of trauma.

As part of the ongoing proceedings, the head of the mechanical work section of the special transport service of the Northern Capital Gateway LLC admitted his guilt in the collapse of the gangway, however, refused to admit his guilt in the death of the child.
