Landfills organized near the airfield cause problems with flights near Khatanga airport.

As it became known, this problem is most noticeable during takeoff and landing, when dozens and hundreds of birds gather into a huge flock, which threatens to hit them in the engines of aircraft, in windshields, etc. In particular, the problems are caused by the fact that landfills and sewage tanks received the wrong location - they are located only 500 meters from the airport.

At the moment, the issue of settlement of the situation is solved, but it is unknown how to get rid of the landfill waste, since this process is very laborious and requires a thoughtful approach.
