Russian and Syrian forces besieged another Turkish military base in Syria.

The active promotion of Syrian government forces to the M5 highway in the Syrian province of Idlib forced the militants to urgently leave their fortifications, as a result of which the Turkish military checkpoint was surrounded by Syrian forces in just a few hours. All that the Turkish military managed to do was barricade itself at its base.

According to experts, the offensive in this direction is directly related to the retaliatory step of Russia, which Turkey threatened with the rejection of existing agreements. Moreover, precisely because of the actions of Turkish military and pro-Turkish militants, a truce did not take place in Idlib, although the Syrian army and the Russian military strictly adhered to it.

At the moment, the Turkish checkpoint located on the highway between the Syrian city of Khan Sheikhun and Maarat al-Nuuman is completely surrounded, while the Syrian troops threaten the Turkish military stationed at the checkpoint with instant destruction if the latter try to take hostile actions against the SAA and call surrounding the military base with a "surprise from the Russians", obviously hinting at the successful implementation of the strategy of liberating this Syrian province ..
