Technician "fixed" a passenger liner with duct tape

The technician of Amsterdam airport "repaired" the passenger liner with the help of electrical tape.

According to the passengers of the British air carrier EasyJet, in preparation for the flight from Amsterdam to Berlin, they were horrified when they saw that the airport technician was repairing the engine of the passenger liner with electrical tape. The passengers, who watched this show, protested to the crew of the passenger liner, referring to the fact that the flight on an airplane that had been glued together with electrical tape was not safe, and decided to leave the flight.

In fact, the use of reinforced electrical tape is an approved practice to correct minor technical problems, however, independent experts assure that, on an equal basis, there are certain risks, as during the flight, the tape can be torn off and drawn into the engine of the aircraft.
