Top-manager of Megafon refused to let on the plane of Aeroflot

Top-manager of Megafon accused Aeroflot in overbooking.

Ivan Kalyuzhny, the director of digital marketing for Megafon, accused the largest Russian air carrier Aeroflot in overbooking, citing the fact that the operator is selling air tickets to non-existent places.

According to Avia.pro information and news agency, Ivan Kalyuzhny purchased tickets for the flight of the airline "Aeroflot" to Thailand, doing it for five months, however, with the onset of the departure date, the carrier refused to the man and his family in the flight, citing the " technical problems "without going into any details. At Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport, it turned out that, among other things, the flight to Thailand, was denied another ten passengers.

Due to the fact that the conflict situation began to get out of control, passengers were offered to use the flights with a transfer, which of course would cause a lot of problems to citizens, including the need for booking seats in hotels, additional costs for food, etc., which, of course , the carrier refused to refund.

From unofficial materials it follows that, later, Aeroflot employees told that the seats of passengers who had not departed were occupied by citizens of a previously unreleased flight, which, at a minimum, requires detailed investigation by the aviation authorities.

Any official comments from the largest domestic air carrier, which make it possible to clarify this situation, have not yet been received by the Avia.pro aviation resource.

And this Kalyuzhny, in general, who? A Megaphone - what's this?
